James J. Radous III
Appointed President by the UniCarriers Corporation board of directors in January 2016, James J. Radous III joined UniCarriers Americas in 2009 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations and was appointed to the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Sales – Americas in 2013. Radous led revenue generation in the key areas of business development and aftermarket, growing UniCarriers Americas to a top-tier supplier of material handling equipment, increasing the company’s footprint in South America which included establishing UCA’s formal entity in Brazil (UCSA), leading aftermarket expansion across the Americas and orchestrating multiple mergers and acquisitions.
Radous also held the officer role of president of retail operations, heading the factory-owned dealership initiative and led the company’s two factory-owned dealerships through successful post-merger integrations.
Prior to joining UniCarriers Americas, Radous gained global marketing and sales managerial experience from several positions including Vice President, Sales at Knaack LLC, a division of Emerson; Vice President of Global Marketing at Klein Tools; Director, Sales and Marketing at Wen Products; and Sales and Marketing Manager at The Chamberlain Group.
Radous has a B.A. degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University and his MBA in Marketing from Roosevelt University.

Senior Director of Sales & Marketing
Brian Markison was appointed Senior Director of Sales & Marketing in September, 2016. In his new role, Markison will be responsible for all truck sales, the UCA dealer network, product & sales training, and marketing. Markison joined UniCarriers Americas in 2008 as the Senior Manager, National Accounts and was promoted to Director, North America Sales in 2012.
Prior to joining UniCarriers Americas, Markison spent over two decades working at Material Handling and Over-the-road Truck dealerships. He has worked for Freund International, Fiorenza Material Handling, Wisconsin Lift Truck and Equipment Depot. His career at the dealerships has provided him vast experience within all departments at dealership.
Markison earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and his MAS in Accounting at Northern Illinois University.
Vice President, Product Engineering
Shunichi Hasegawa joined UniCarriers Americas Corporation as Vice President of Product Engineering, with responsibility for all product engineering. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience to this new role.
Prior to joining UniCarriers Americas, Hasegawa was Manager of Vehicle Development at Nissan Forklift Corporation, where he also served in management roles in quality and product planning and product engineering.
Hasegawa earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology.
Vice President, Manufacturing Operations
Appointed Vice President of Manufacturing Operations by the UniCarriers Americas board of directors in October 2013, Dale Mark has been with UniCarriers Americas since 2005 where he started as Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager and was quickly promoted to Director, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance. He led the implementation of manufacturing initiatives to establish the Marengo facility as a benchmark for safety, quality and cost performance.
Prior to joining UniCarriers Americas, Mark served as Plant Manager at Thatcher Tubes, Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Hendrickson Suspension Systems, and Fabrication Operations Manager at Harley-Davidson.
Mark earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology from Penn State University and his master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University.
CPA, Corporate Controller
As Corporate Controller, Carole Schwartz is responsible for all aspects of UniCarriers Americas' accounting including general accounting, financial reporting, cash management, cost accounting, budgeting, tax compliance, as well as accounting and consolidation for UCA factory stores.
Schwartz joined UniCarriers Americas in 1998, when she was hired as a financial analyst. She was promoted through the years to various positions including Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager, and Controller until her current position of Corporate Controller in 2014. Prior to joining the company, she worked in the fiduciary and corporate tax groups for First Chicago.
Schwartz obtained her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her graduate degree from Northern Illinois University. She is a certified public accountant (CPA).
